CRITICAL APPRECIATION OF WRITING

1. Form and Elegance - Check spelling, grammar and appropriateness of expressions used examining the piece word by word (No slang)
2. Effective Communication - Is the post effective in communicating the original thoughts that you had when you began writing it?a. If yes, which parts of it communicate well and why?b. If no, which parts of it fail to communicate well and why?
3. Gestalt in a Blog Spot - How does the post seem as a whole? In what ways do the title and content (visual and textual) complement each other?

I am critiquing the first part of my Week #4 blog.. ENCAPSULATION

Earlier I had named the blog "The presentation week". However, it sounded dull in reference to the content. Hence, the change.

Yes, I think my post effectively communicates the original thoughts that I had when I began to write. It's effective as it's written in simple language which can be read quickly. There's also enough visual content along with the text which makes it interactive and more appealing to look at.

As told by our teacher herself, the balance between visual and textual makes people want to read our group's blog! I also think that the color scheme matter because of which I haven't used any dull colors but dark and bright which strike the eyes.
