Week #3 [Ayush Tandon]

The topic on which i conducted my research was processes and systems. I made questionnaires and asked the owners about their system of working. They said that they have their own capital with which they work. He told me that the firm makes are designs which are reserved to the firm only and are not something one can find in the market as the designs are exclusive , but some customers have specific orders , which are different as to what is already made and therefore , the firm tries to work with what the customer wants for ex: changes in the texture , design , etc. We then moved on to the inventory that the firm possesses , they told us that their inventory consists of 10000 different types of paper and a variety of inks.The firm supplies to Jabong and Snapdeal. One of their big clients is Astor.

They basically make quality products for their clients at budgeted rates in order to increase their sales..
